Amit brings over 20 years of executive management, technology and entrepreneurial experience to the Prysm team. With a track record of growing successful tech-related businesses and a career that spans the data-storage, high-end optical telecommunication and low-cost datacom devices industries, Amit is well-versed in the integration of technologies and manufacturing processes.
Before founding Prysm, Amit was CEO of Bigbear Network and the co-founder and CEO of Versatile Optical Networks, which was acquired by Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. At Vitesse, Amit led the Optical Systems Division as Vice President and General Manager, until the division was acquired by Avanex Corporation.
Prior to Versatile, Amit held several management positions in startups and larger, more established companies, including Terastor, Optex Communications and Digital Equipment Corporation.
Amit holds a BS in Physics, a BSEE, an MSEE and an MBA.

Prior to Prysm, Jasbir served as CFO/Vice President of Finance for numerous Silicon Valley startups, including Equator Technologies (acquired by PixelWorks in 2005) and Versatile Optical Networks (acquired by Vitesse Semiconductor in 2001). He also helped spin off the digital-imaging division of Conexant Systems in 2002, served as the Vice President of Finance for the newly formed entity, and ultimately sold the business to ESS Technology in 2003. Jasbir began his career at KPMG.
He holds a BBA and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Asaf serves as Prysm’s Vice President and General Counsel. Asaf has over 15 years’ experience counseling high technology companies on corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining Prysm, Asaf served as corporate counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati in Palo Alto, California and at Sidley Austin Brown and Wood in New York City. Asaf has served as a mentor and advisor to many founders and start-ups as part of the Palo Alto and San Francisco Chapters of the Startup Leadership Program.
Asaf holds a JD, Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Toronto Law School and a Bachelor of Commerce, Business, Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto.

Stuart leads development of Prysm's award-winning solutions. Previously, he served as Group Vice President of Engineering for Technology and Architecture at Polycom, as well as the Vice President of Engineering for the company's Video Solutions Group — a title he held for seven years. Stuart has over 20 years of experience working as a senior development manager in Silicon Valley, having previously held Vice President of Engineering positions at Procket Networks, Redback Networks and Ascend Communications. Before that, he was both co-founder and Vice President of Engineering at Merlin Systems, an optical- interface company purchased by Redback Networks.
Stuart has a BS in computer engineering from the University of Manchester in England and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Kathy has over 20 years of global human-resources experience in the semiconductor, telecommunications and healthcare industries. Kathy directs all human-resources initiatives for Prysm worldwide, including the design and development of global HR strategies and processes, talent acquisition, organizational development, policy and HR systems.
Kathy was most recently the Vice President of Human Resources at MIPS Technologies, Inc. (acquired by Imagination Technologies Group), where she also ran the board’s Compensation and Nominating Committee. She also served as Vice President of Human Resources at Catapult Communications Corporation (acquired by Ixia) for more than 12 years. She helped the company establish the human-resource function and played an integral part in leading its growth through an IPO and acquisition.
Kathy holds a BS in Human Resources from California State University, Sacramento.
Hannah Grap is the VP of Marketing at Prysm, responsible for all aspects of marketing, globally. Hannah brings 12 years of technology marketing leadership experience to her role. As a strategic brand marketer, she thrives at the intersection of content, creative and business strategy. Prior to joining Prysm, Hannah led the worldwide brand and creative group at SDL (LSE: SDL.L), a leader in language and content management technology and services, defining global thought-leadership programs and supporting demand generation teams. Prior to this, Hannah led marketing communications and demand generation teams in SDL's Language Technology division, and at a machine learning company, Language Weaver. She began her career running marketing programs in the management consulting industry.
Hannah holds a Master of Science degree in technical communications from the University of Washington.
