Prysm Help Centers

All customers have access to our User Help Center and Admin Help Center to learn about Prysm’s features and administration tools.
 

Onsite Training

Prysm’s customer success specialists can travel onsite to deliver customized training and workshops appropriate for your needs. Speak with your company’s Prysm Administrator to arrange onsite training.

Remote Adoption

Prysm will proactively check-in with you throughout the first 90 days when you are “Getting Started” using Prysm. Our team will review any questions that have arisen during the post-go-live period, and will give ideas for more advanced ways of using Prysm.
 

Onsite Adoption

Many customers benefit from having a longer-term relationship with a named Customer Success Manager. The CSM provides overall account management including status meetings, QBRs, adoption, develops advanced use cases, tracks support tickets, and visits twice monthly.

LPD Training

Prysm’s Laser Phosphor Display (LPD) walls are the focal point of many offices. Both the TD2 (tiled) and LPD 6K (seamless) versions must be installed and maintained by highly-trained and certified technicians.
