Prysm's solutions are made up of several components. Each solution includes a configuration-determined set of LPD tiles, a backing frame, an optional enclosure, an image processor, and a standard power connector.
LPD Tiles
LPD uses a patented laser engine and a phosphor panel to create stunning images directly from low-power, solid-state lasers. Image Processor
The Image Processor is a part of each display solution, delivering image content while providing system-wide control, monitoring, and calibration. Unlike traditional display technologies, the self-calibrating Image Processor does not require costly maintenance. And, it handles all standard video and graphic formats with support of up to 30 tiles per processor.
Backing Frame
Designed to support freeform creativity, Prysm solutions include an adjustable and configurable frame system to install and align multiple tiles in nearly any imaginable configuration as one seamless display.
Power
Controlled by the Tile Manager, the power supply has multiple power modes for greater energy savings. Daisy chain up to five power supplies from the first incoming power source.
Enclosure & Finishing
For those who select a freestanding solution, our customizable enclosures are available in a variety of colors (including specific brand colors) and materials (from brushed steel to powder-coated metal.) The enclosure can also be finished with a logo or brand using a variety of techniques from cut vinyl to etching to die cutting with backlit acrylic.
Touch & Gesture Input
Prysm can package gesture and touch technology in any of our pre-configured display form-factors and enclosures. We also work with our Customers to integrate their preferred applications and technologies into custom configurations and installations.
Display Manager Software
Our browser-based Display Manager Software configures, adjusts and operates the installed display solution. Its feature set includes noise reduction and dynamic brightness control. The software constantly monitors the health and status of the system, alerting administrators of any issues over the system's long life.
