Amit brings over 20 years of executive management, technological and entrepreneurial experience to the Prysm, Inc. management team. He has a proven track record of growing successful technology related businesses. During his entrepreneurial career, Amit has worked in different industries ranging from data-storage, high-end optical telecommunication, low cost datacom devices and semiconductor - all involving integration of wide-ranging technologies and manufacturing processes.

Before joining Prysm, Inc., Amit was CEO of Bigbear Networks. Prior to that, Amit was a co-founder and CEO of Versatile Optical Networks, which was acquired by Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. At Vitesse, Amit led the Optical Systems Division as Vice President and General Manager until the division was acquired by Avanex Corporation.

Prior to Versatile, Amit held several management positions in startups and established large companies including Terastor, Optex Communications, and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Amit holds BS Physics, BSEE, MSEE & MBA.

Dr. Hajjar has registered more than 30 U.S. and worldwide patents; and in addition, has a proven record of success in taking a product from inception to high-volume, turnkey manufacturing. Prior Prysm, Inc, Dr. Hajjar served as Vice President of Transmission Subsystems Development with Avanex Corporation, upon Avanex's acquisition of the Optical Systems Division of Vitesse Semiconductor. He was Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Versatile Optical Networks prior to its acquisition by Vitesse.

Before co-founding Versatile Optical Networks, Dr. Hajjar held management positions with TeraStor Corporation and the Eastman Kodak Company. He was a Research Associate at the Optical Data Storage Systems Center at the University of Arizona, a consultant with IBM Storage Systems Products Division and a visiting Research Scientist at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center.

Roger holds Ph.D, M.S. in Optical Sciences from University of Arizona and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.

Clinton has more than 22 years of experience in the development of innovative products using lasers and opto-electronics; he is the inventor on 31 issued US Patents. Prior to Prysm, Clinton worked for Cypress Semiconductor, where he brought a family of optical navigation sensors (ONS) to the markets for optical mice and handset products.

Before his work at Cypress, Clinton served as VP of Engineering at Silicon Light Machines, a venture-backed start-up developing laser-based HDTV displays. Clinton also worked for Sensys Instruments (later acquired by Therma-Wave and subsequently KLA-Tencor), a start-up specializing in integrated Si wafer metrology tools for CMP processes.

Clinton started his career at SRI International (formerly Stanford Research Institute) where he worked for 10 years on the development of various laser-based sensing products.

Clinton holds a PhD in Physics.

Jasbir Singh has served as CFO and VP of finance for Prysm since the company was founded in 2005. Prior to Prysm, Jasbir served as CFO/ VP of finance for numerous start-up companies in Silicon Valley since 1996, including Equator Technologies (acquired by PixelWorks in 2005) and Versatile Optical Networks (acquired by Vitesse Semiconductor in 2001). He also helped spin-off the digital imaging division of Conexant Systems in 2002, served as the VP of finance for the newly formed entity, and ultimately sold the business to ESS Technology in 2003. Jasbir began his career with KPMG in 1991.

He holds BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.

Dana brings over 15 years of global sales, marketing and management experience to the Prysm, Inc. management team. Prior to joining Prysm he was Vice President of Channel Sales for Barco. In this role, Dana managed sales and business unit responsibility for the Indoor, Outdoor and Creative LED, Lighting, Image Processing and Projection products.

Prior to this role Dana served as Director of Marketing for Barco’s Rental & Staging, Digital Cinema and Media business units and help post record growth for the company worldwide. He was previously part of the executive management team at Folsom Research, a leader in image processing products worldwide when it was acquired by Barco after posting record year over year growth for the company. Prior to Folsom Research Dana held several management positions in the financial and advertising markets.

Dana holds a MBA in Marketing from UOP and BS in Finance from CSU.

Hisayuki (Hisa) Suzuki brings to Prysm 30 years experience working in high tech industries including media processing, 3D graphics, video compression, image sensors and ASIC with various executive positions such as business development, sales and marketing, CFO and R&D.

Before joining Prysm, Hisa was a head of marketing of Micron CMOS Image Sensor Business Unit (BU). He grew the BU to profitable in two quarters and from $78M to $1B in less than three years with 20% operating profit. Prior to Micron, Hisa held executive positions at Vweb Corporation, Equator Technologies, SMOS and Seiko Epson. Hisa has developed major partnerships with leading brands.

Hisa holds BSEE from Keio University in Japan.

Julian Carey brings to Prysm over 15 years experience in Product Marketing. Prior to joining Prysm, Julian was VP of marketing at LUXIM where he was responsible for launching plasma lighting products for OEMs in consumer TV, commercial display and general lighting applications. Previously, he served as product marketing manager at Philips Lumileds Lighting where he led the commercialization of their LED product family into diverse markets including cell phone camera flash, printing and imaging, signage and general lighting.

Prior to Philips, Julian held product design and process engineering roles developing the first family of power LEDs and systems at the Optoelectronics Division of Hewlett-Packard.

He holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from MIT Sloan.

Christine Morris brings Prysm over 12 years of marketing experience in the AV industry. Christine is known for her ability to position products for explosive growth. She has a proven track record in both large and small organizations of strategic positioning, creative conceptualization, and motivational leadership combined with an innate ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Prior to Prysm, Christine was director of corporate marketing for Barco where she held accountability for marketing initiatives in North America for all divisions. Christine developed and executed business strategies for the LED, projection, LCD, image processing and display markets. Prior to Barco, Christine was marketing manager for Folsom Research when it was acquired by Barco after positioning Folsom as a leader in image processing worldwide.

She holds BS in Marketing from University of Oregon..

Fred brings over 30 years of executive management to Prysm. Prior to Prysm, Fred was the COO for LeapFrog enterprise, where he was responsible for product development, information systems and operations. Previous to LeapFrog, Fred was the CEO of NewRoads, Inc., a leader in outsourced logistics for the direct channel. Before joining NewRoads, he was the President of the Americas for Solectron, the largest outsourcer of contract manufacturing services at the time.

Prior to Solectron, Fred was the President of the Professional Products Division of Iomega. Fred also spent over 7 years at Apple Computer where he was Sr. VP of Worldwide Operations. He also spent nearly a decade each at Digital Equipment Corporation and General Electric Corporation in a variety of manufacturing management assignments.

Fred has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a MBA from Babson College.

Patrick Tan brings to Prysm over 25 years of executive, technical and global operations management experience derived in data storage and optical telecommunications as well as time spent working for new technology ventures. Prior to Prysm, Patrick was president of Dragon Fire, a consulting practice that delivered engineering and systems solutions.

Before Dragon Fire, Patrick was a co-founder of Firefly Technologies, a micro-optic process technology company that was successfully sold to Zygo (Nasdaq: ZIGO). He later served as VP Operations of the subsidiary company, and on Zygo’s Board of Directors. Prior to that, Patrick worked at Digital Equipment Corporation and Quantum Corporation where he led a Disk Drive Development program, directed a start-up of a 3000-strong head-assembly-operation in Indonesia, and established an Asia-wide technical support center in Singapore.

Patrick holds a BSME and MSME from MIT.

Varadha Raju brings to Prysm over 24 years experience in software development, product engineering, quality engineering, global product support, multi-site program management and business management. Before joining Prysm, Varadha worked for Symphony Services where he built a strong team of 1300 and put systems and process in place to scale the company for its next level of growth.

Prior to Symphony Services, Varadha was AVP at Hughes Software Systems (HSS) delivering software products and services to global customers. Prior to Hughes, he held various management positions within Phillips Consumer Electronics Division focusing on Television, set up boxes and digital transmissions. He also established a software development organization in Singapore while at Phillips. He has held engineering positions at Tektronics and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL).

He holds a BS in Electrical and Communications Engineering from University of Madras, India.
