Jasbir Singh has served as CFO and VP of finance for Prysm since the company was founded in 2005. Prior to Prysm, Jasbir served as CFO/ VP of finance for numerous start-up companies in Silicon Valley since 1996, including Equator Technologies (acquired by PixelWorks in 2005) and Versatile Optical Networks (acquired by Vitesse Semiconductor in 2001). He also helped spin-off the digital imaging division of Conexant Systems in 2002, served as the VP of finance for the newly formed entity, and ultimately sold the business to ESS Technology in 2003. Jasbir began his career with KPMG in 1991.

He holds BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.
