Fred brings over 30 years of executive management to Prysm. Prior to Prysm, Fred was the COO for LeapFrog enterprise, where he was responsible for product development, information systems and operations. Previous to LeapFrog, Fred was the CEO of NewRoads, Inc., a leader in outsourced logistics for the direct channel. Before joining NewRoads, he was the President of the Americas for Solectron, the largest outsourcer of contract manufacturing services at the time.

Prior to Solectron, Fred was the President of the Professional Products Division of Iomega. Fred also spent over 7 years at Apple Computer where he was Sr. VP of Worldwide Operations. He also spent nearly a decade each at Digital Equipment Corporation and General Electric Corporation in a variety of manufacturing management assignments.

Fred has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a MBA from Babson College.
